After Tenancy Cleans

We regularly conduct After Tenancy Cleans for Lettings Agents, private landlords and tenants who have just moved out.

Once the property is vacated, we’ll conduct a thorough clean of the whole property to a high standard, ensuring no areas are forgotten. We will literally work from top to bottom - removing the cobwebs from ceilings right down to wiping over the skirting. We’ll remove the dirt and odours. We’ll also give a deep clean to the kitchen and bathroom areas. We'll leave the property clean and fresh - ready for the next tenants to move straight into and for the latest tenants to get their deposit returned.

For that total clean, we can also deep clean any carpets in the property. We recommend this is done between tenancies to ensure that the carpets look and smell their best for the next set of tenants, whilst prolonging their life through regular maintainence. Carpet Cleaning is charged as an extra and the fixed prices per room are listed on the Carpet Cleaning page.
